These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Jomats FZCO for your use of the Lumora app and related services (“Lumora”, the “Service”). By downloading or using Lumora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Lumora is provided by Jomats FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at support@lumora.co.
Lumora offers guided meditations, breathing exercises, a gentle daily plan, and calming audio stories for relaxation, focus, and sleep. You can use it as a guest, or sign in to keep your progress.
Lumora is a wellness and relaxation product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional. You use the Service at your own discretion.
You can browse as a guest with no account. If you create an account, keep your email and password secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to use Lumora.
Some content may require a paid subscription. Where a subscription is offered, its price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the account or store where you purchased it. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to: copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform the content; reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service; use it unlawfully; or attempt to access it in ways we don't authorize. We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms.
All content in Lumora — audio, text, artwork, and software — is owned by Jomats FZCO or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use Lumora for your own enjoyment while these Terms are in effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your particular needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jomats FZCO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update, add, or remove features, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Lumora after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
