1. Agreement and provider
These Terms of Use govern your access to Trade Legends, including its mobile app and connected game services (the "Service"), provided by Jomats FZCO ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Trade Legends is a simulation for learning and entertainment. You may use the Service where permitted by applicable law. If you have not reached the age of legal majority in your country, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use where required by law. Features involving personal information are subject to applicable age and consent requirements. Where parental authorization or verifiable parental consent is legally required, those requirements must be met before the relevant features are used.
2. Simulation, not financial services
Trade Legends is a trading simulation for learning, entertainment and practice. It does not provide brokerage, investment advice, custody, cryptocurrency exchange, real-money trading or real cryptocurrency mining.
All displayed balances, currencies, trades, miners, rewards, prizes and bonuses—including any $5,000 welcome bonus—are virtual game items. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money or real cryptocurrency, or transferred outside permitted game functions. Currency symbols and market charts do not create ownership of actual assets.
Market information may be supplied by third parties, delayed, interrupted, simulated or adjusted for gameplay. Simulated results are not evidence of likely real-world performance. Do not rely on the Service for financial decisions.
3. Accounts and security
You may use supported guest features or register an account. Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Registered accounts may use an email, password and recovery code. Keep the recovery code safe: losing both access credentials and the recovery method may prevent recovery. Guest progress may be inaccessible after device loss, clearing app storage or reinstalling. Do not share, sell or transfer an account without our permission.
4. Game rules and virtual items
Rewards, competitions, simulated mining and other features follow the rules, eligibility conditions and limits displayed in the app. Optional rewarded advertisements, where available, may require completion and verification before a virtual reward is granted.
Virtual items are a limited, personal permission to use game features, not money, property rights in financial assets or a stored-value account. We may correct errors, reverse duplicate or fraudulently obtained virtual rewards, and adjust game features for fairness, security or maintenance. We will respect mandatory consumer rights and provide notice where required. No feature guarantees a particular reward, rank or result.
5. Fees and future paid features
The current Service does not offer deposits or cash withdrawals. Premium purchase and subscription enrollment are not currently available. If paid digital features are introduced, their price, billing period, renewal conditions and cancellation information will be shown before purchase and any additional applicable terms will be presented. These Terms do not authorize us to charge you automatically.
6. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes while you comply with these Terms.
You must not cheat, manipulate game results or rewards, automate abusive activity, exploit bugs, interfere with other players or infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, distribute malicious code, or use the Service for unlawful activity. Do not reverse engineer or bypass technical safeguards except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
7. Content and intellectual property
The Service’s software, design, branding and content belong to Jomats FZCO or its licensors, subject to third-party rights. No ownership is transferred to you. Third-party names and market symbols remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
You retain any rights in content you provide, such as a display name or support message. You grant us only the rights necessary to host, process and display that content to operate the Service. Do not submit unlawful content or information that infringes another person’s rights. Public profile and competition information may be visible to other users.
8. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. It is separate from these Terms; agreement to these Terms does not replace consent where privacy law requires it.
Third-party services, advertisements and linked websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their content or availability. Your relationship with Google Play is also subject to the terms that apply to your use of that platform.
9. Availability, changes and suspension
The Service needs compatible equipment and an internet connection for server-dependent features. We may update, maintain, modify or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that a particular feature will remain available indefinitely. Where required, we will give reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuation.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, cheating, security risk or legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about the decision. Urgent protective action may be taken first. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Account deletion
You can request permanent deletion through the app’s account controls or our account deletion page. Deletion ends access to the deleted account and its virtual progress. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete server-side information. Our Privacy Policy explains the data removed, separate installation records and limited retention exceptions.
11. Responsibility and liability
We will exercise reasonable care in providing the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional promises that it will meet every expectation or be continuously available. We are not responsible for investment decisions made outside the Service or losses caused by treating simulated balances as real assets.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss of business profits, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer protections remain available.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any dispute may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction; these Terms do not remove your right to use your local courts or other remedies where applicable law gives you that right.
13. Updates and general provisions
We may update these Terms and will identify the revised date and provide notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to any consent or notice required by law. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the Service and you may request account deletion.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it. These Terms govern the Service together with any feature-specific terms presented to you; mandatory law prevails in case of conflict.
